With both General Contracting and Construction Management experience, he has led programs and high-profile projects in the educational, commercial, and hospitality industries from concept through planning, entitlement, procurement, design, value engineering, construction, and close-out.

From 1974 to the present, Tom has provided Project Controls, including expert and Project Neutral support, to Owners, public contracting agencies, K-12 school and College Districts, general contractors, subcontractors, and sureties. Tom has also been successful in assisting clients in resolving contract and technical disputes in ninety percent of cases at or before the mediation phase.
